On March 1, 1946 a belorusion enterprise “Avtopromstroy Trest” was formed in Minsk under the decision of Ministry of automotive industry of the USSR.
On March 10, 1955, the “Avtopromstroy Trest” was renamed in “|Stroytrest N 136” of Ministry of construction of the BSSR, order N 28 of 10.03.1955 of the Ministry of construction of the BSSR.
On June 1, 1957 on the basis of “Stroytrest N 136” was formed “Stroytrest N 5” with its subordination to the Glavstroy of the BSSR (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Construction of the BSSR).
On August 11, 1966, “Stroytrest N 5” was awarded the Order of Lenin. The manager of the “Trest”, I.A. Yurkov was awarded the Order of Lenin with the title of Hero of Socialist Labor.
In 1976, “Stroytrest N 5” was awarded the Commemorative Badge of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League for labor valor in the Ninth of Five-Year Plan and was inscribed on the All-Union Board of Honor at the the USSR VDNKh.
On December 30, 1977, “Stroytrest N 5” was renamed into the Order of Lenin, Industrial construction and installation Association Minskpromstroy named after the 60th anniversary of the Great October Revolution, with the passing of the Red challenge Banner.
On September 10, 1991 ICIA "Minskpromstroy" was transformed into RPC (Rental production company) "Minskpromstroy" and registered by the Executive Committee of Zavodskoy district of Minsk, registration N 236 of 10.09.1991
On July 28, 1992, RPC "Minskpromstroy" was transformed into CPE (Collective production Enterprise) "Minskpromstroy" registered by the Executive Committee of Zavodskoy district of Minsk, registration N 758 of 28.07.1992.
On June 20, 2000, CPE "Minskpromstroy" was transformed into OJSC «Minskpromstroy», by the decision of the Minsk city Executive Committee N 698 of 20.06.2000 with registration number 100064639 in the Unified state register.
