Quality Management System

In order to ensure a high level of quality of services and products provided, meet the Customer's requirements and ensure sustainable development of OJSC Minskpromstroy, in 2003 the General Director decided to develop and implement a quality management system in the Company based on international standards ISO 9001 series. OJSC Minskpromstroy was one of the first construction organizations in the Republic of Belarus on April 15, 2005. received a certificate of compliance with the quality management system that meets the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001.
Currently, OJSC "Minskpromstroy" successfully operates a quality management system for design, construction of buildings and structures, conducting engineering and geodetic surveys; production of building materials and structures, providing engineering services for integrated management of construction activities certified for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 in the National system of conformity assessment of the Republic of Belarus (certificate of conformity no. VU / 112 05.01. 002 10048 dated 04.05.2020), which covers all stages of the production cycle of building products.
The organizational and methodological basis for the functioning of the quality management system in the organization is the developed documented procedures that meet the requirements of current technical regulations, the compliance with which is the basis for the effective work of the entire Company, starting from the worker and ending with the General Director.

The effective functioning of the quality management system of JSC "Minskpromstroy" is annually confirmed by the positive results of the periodic assessment by the certification body.
OJSC Minskpromstroy is constantly working to continuously improve the quality management system and improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015.
One of the main directions of the functioning of the quality management system is the constant monitoring of the quality of the services provided, the products manufactured and the constant improvement of all the processes of the Company.

The quality management system allows our organization to:
* ensure the organization's advantage over competitors when participating in tenders;
* improve the positive image of the organization in its region, industry, and on international market;
* ensure that the completed indicators are met;
* reduce costs through more efficient use of resources;
* continuously improve the organization's management system;
* guarantee the quality of services and products provided;
